CAPE TOWN - Parliament is taking its fight to impeach President Cyril Ramaphosa to the apex court. The Section 89 Committee is appealing a Western Cape High Court ruling that handed the president a temporary legal lifeline, effectively pausing his impeachment proceedings related to the Phala Phala scandal.
