Here is what the weather has in store for KZN, Free State and North West on Thursday 13 August 2026.

Morning fog patches will occur over the interior, while partly cloudy and cool to cold conditions will prevail.

The west will be very cold in places, with isolated showers and rain along the coast and adjacent interior.

Along the coast, winds will start light to moderate south-easterly in the north before becoming moderate north-easterly from the south by late afternoon.

The UVB sunburn index is expected to be very high.
