Here is what the weather has in store for KZN, Free State and North West on Wednesday 12 August 2026.
Cloudy and cold to very cold conditions will persist, with isolated showers and rain expected, becoming scattered over the eastern parts.
Light snowfall may occur in places over the north-western high ground during the morning.
Along the coast, moderate to fresh south-easterly winds will blow, while strong winds are expected in the north.

Durban is going to be cloudy with scattered showers and rain. Moderate south-westerly winds will blow, reaching gale force at times.
Temperatures will range from 14°C to 18°C.
